1	Наименование проекта: «Обучающая кухня».
2	Срок реализации проекта: 36 месяцев
3	Организация – заявитель, предлагающая проект: ГУ «Детский дом-интернат для детей-инвалидов с особенностями психофизического развития».
4	Цели проекта: - формирование у воспитанников навыков бытового самообслуживания и организации питания в предстоящей самостоятельной жизни, а также представлений о профессии повара, понимание рабочих процессов и организации труда в индустрии общественного питания.
5	Задачи: 1. Укрепить материально-техническую базу детского дома-интерната в виде кухни; 2. Создать условия для динамичного обучения навыкам приготовления пищи воспитанников, развить их творческие и кулинарные возможности; 3. Обучить основам кулинарного мастерства; 4. Сформировать интерес и практическое применение знаний и умений в области кулинарии; 5. Обучить основам сервировки стола.
6	Целевая группа: дети-инвалиды с особенностями психофизического развития.
7	Краткое описание мероприятий в рамках проекта. Оснащение «Обучающей кухни»: 1. Приобретение строительного вагончика, в котором будет располагаться кухня. 2. Прокладка коммуникаций (электричество, канализация). 3. Обустройство кухни мебелью: обеденный стол, стулья, кухонный гарнитур, раковина, смеситель, полки. 4. Обустройство кухни электро-приборами: электрическая плита, холодильник, мультиварка, тостер, вафельница, микроволновая печь, электрический чайник, миксер, блендер. 5. Оснащение кухни необходимой посудой и вспомогательными кухонными приспособлениями.

1	Project name: "Training kitchen".
2	Project implementation period: 36 month
3	The applicant organization offering the project: State Institution "Children's boarding house for disabled children with special needs of psychophysical development".
4	Project objectives: - formation of students' skills of household self-service and catering in the upcoming independent life, as well as ideas about the profession of a cook, understanding of work processes and labor organization in the catering industry.
5	Tasks: 1. Strengthening the material and technical base of the orphanage in the form of a kitchen; 2. General development of the wards through fine motor skills of the muscles of the hands; 3. Creating conditions for dynamic training in cooking skills of pupils, the development of their creative and culinary capabilities; 4. Teaching the basics of culinary skills; 5. Formation of interest and practical application of knowledge and skills in the field of cooking; 6. Learning the basics of table setting.
6	Target group: disabled children with special features of psychophysical development.
7	A brief description of the activities within the project. The equipment of the" Training kitchen " involves the following: 1. The purchase of a construction trailer, in which the "Training kitchen" will be located. 2. Laying of communications (electricity, sewerage) 3. Furnishing the kitchen with furniture: a dining table, chairs, a kitchen set, shelves. 4. Kitchen equipment with electric appliances: electric stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, mixer. 5. Equipping the kitchen with the necessary utensils and auxiliary kitchen appliances. Preparation for independent life is one of the main tasks of the training process of pupils, who, due to the objective difficulties of adaptation and socialization, need the enhanced development of these skills in the first place.
