7. Brief description of the project activities:
The year of construction of the house in which the boarding house “ISTOK” is located is 1973.The approved design capacity
of beds is 215 beds. The project does not provide for a system for calling medical personnel in the wards, however nurses' posts
are provided on the floors.
The need for a system for calling medical personnel is due to the above facts. Determination of the location of the patient,
prompt response to various situations will improve the quality of social services, make the stay of the wards as comfortable
as possible, and the work of specialists as efficient as possible.

1.1. Overall Objective: Impact
When installing the staff call button, each ward will receive a 100% guarantee of ambulance service. Mortality of elderly
people will be reduced due to timely medical intervention.

Purchase a warning system for the positions of nurses, nurses and head of the medical department

Medical staff and residents will be trained to use the "Help Nearby" system. For the relatives of the wards, explanatory work

Risks:
not all disabled people (completely incapacitated) will be able to use this system. A temporary power outage may cause
a malfunction in the notification system.
